Breitbart Editor-in-Chief and New York Times bestselling Breaking Biden author Alex Marlow told YouTuber Stephen Gardner the Bidens would be in “handcuffs” if the United States “had a responsible Department of Justice.”

“Protect and enrich.” This is a perfect encapsulation of the Clinton Foundation  (TWO GAMER LAWYERS - OWNED BY GEORGE SOROS) (WHAT ABOUT THE CHINA BIDEN PENN CENTER?)  and the Obama (TWO GAMER LAWYERS - OWNED BY GEORGE SOROS) book and television deals. Then there is the Biden family (FOUR GAMER LAWYERS - JOE, HUNTER, JAMES, FRANK - OWNED BY GEORGE SOROS AND LARRY FINK OF BLACKROCK)  corruption, followed closely behind by similar abuses of power and office by the Warren (GAMER LAWYER) and Sanders families, as Peter Schweizer described in his recent book “Profiles in Corruption.” These names just scratch the surface of government corruption (ADD GAMER LAWYER KAMALA HARRIS (WANTS TO BE OWNED BY GEORGE SOROS) AND HER LAWYER HUSBAND AND THE BANKSTERS’ RENT BOY, LAWYER CHUCK SCHUMER, OWNED BY LARRY FINK OF BLACKROCK WHO OWNS A BIG PIECE OF THE ‘BIG GUY’ JOE, AND GEORGE SOROS’ RENT BOY (GAMER LAWYER) TONY BLINKENAS WELL AS CON MAN (GAMER LAWYER) ADAM SHIFF) AND HIS CORRUPTNESS (GAMER LAWYER) BOB MENENDEZ STILL EVADING PRISON.

Seemingly his entire life, Joe Biden’s brother James “Jim” Biden has benefitted from his brother’s political status. At various moments, he has been a campaign finance maven, a nightclub owner, and a hedge fund mastermind. Jim appears to be a man who wears many hats; but in actuality, he only wears one: Joe Biden’s brother.

Watch Live: House Votes on Opening Impeachment Inquiry into Joe Biden

The House of Representatives is expected to vote on Wednesday, December 13, on whether to authorize an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.

AND THEIR LIES NEVER STOPPED

President Joe Biden is “not financially” involved in the multitude of the Biden family’s business deals, Hunter Biden told reporters on Wednesday behind the Capitol Building, refusing to sit for a subpoenaed interview with impeachment inquiry investigators at 9:30 a.m.

The claim Joe Biden was “not financially” involved contradicts House Speaker Mike Johnson’s (R-LA) list of evidence that argues the president was financially involved in the family business:

  1. Joe Biden received “direct monthly payments” from Hunter Biden’s “Owasco PC” business account, which received “payments from Chinese-state linked companies and other foreign nationals and companies.”
  2. An FBI FD-1023 form alleges Joe Biden accepted a $5 million bribe while vice president.

Johnson also listed instances of Joe Biden’s involvement in the business outside of financial affiliation:

  1. Joe Biden spoke with Hunter Biden’s business associates at least 22 times.
  2. Joe Biden lied about his involvement in the business.
  3. Investigators flagged the Justice Department’s “deviations” in the five-year investigation into Hunter Biden.

“My father was not financially involved in my business, not as a practicing lawyer, not as a board member of Burisma, not my partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not my investments at home or abroad, and certainly not as an artist,” Hunter Biden claimed

“I’m here today to answer at a public hearing any legitimate questions Chairman Comer and the House Oversight Committee may have for me,” he said. “I’m here today to make sure that the House committee’s illegitimate investigations of my family did not proceed on distortions, manipulated evidence, and lies.”

Upon refusing to sit for a closed-door interview, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) and Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH) said they would hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress. The punishment is up to a $100,000 fine and imprisonment if prosecuted and convicted for contempt of Congress.

“We’re disappointed that [Hunter Biden] didn’t show up,” Jordan told reporters after Hunter spoke. “We’ll also…look at contempt proceedings as we move forward!” When asked why the House GOP will not only hold a public hearing with Hunter Biden, Jordan said, “Because there’s a way you do investigations and a way you don’t.”

House investigators opened a probe into the Biden family in November 2022. They revealed Joe Biden received money from James Biden and Hunter Biden. They also showed that nine additional Biden family members received payments from the family’s foreign business ventures, including two of the president’s grandchildren.

Contempt of Congress Proceedings Initiated Against Hunter Biden, Potential Imprisonment and Fine

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) and Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH) initiated contempt of Congress proceedings against Hunter Biden after the president’s son failed to appear for a subpoenaed closed-door deposition Wednesday.

If prosecuted and convicted for contempt of Congress, Hunter Biden’s punishment could be up to a $100,000 fine and imprisonment.

  • A deposition is a standard procedure used by congressional investigators. Democrats used depositions in their investigations regularly, including the Adam Schiff (D-CA) impeachment inquiry and the partisan January 6 Committee.
  • House Oversight Committee Ranking Member Jamie Raskin (D-MD) emphasized the importance of standard, closed-door depositions.

“We will not provide special treatment because his last name is Biden,” Comer and Jordan wrote. “As our committees were today prepared to depose Hunter Biden, he chose to make a public statement on Capitol Hill instead where he said his father, Joe Biden was not financially involved in his family’s business dealings.”

“Exactly how was Joe Biden involved?” they questioned. “Evidence shows Joe Biden met with Hunter’s business associates and his name was at the center of the family business strategy.”

“Today, the House will vote on an impeachment inquiry resolution to strengthen our legal case in the courts as we face obstruction from the White House and witnesses,” the Republicans wrote. Today’s obstruction by Hunter Biden reinforces the need for a formal vote.”

House investigators opened a probe into the Biden family in November 2022. They revealed Joe Biden received money from James Biden and Hunter Biden. They also showed that nine additional Biden family members received payments from the family’s foreign business ventures, including two of the president’s grandchildren.

Nolte: Hunter Biden Plays Victim After Refusing Child Support While Spending $872K on Sex

WASHINGTON, DC - DECEMBER 13: U.S. President Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden talks to reporters outside the U.S. Capitol on December 13, 2023 in Washington, DC. Hunter Biden defied a subpoena from Congress to testify behind closed doors ahead of a House vote on an impeachment inquiry against his father. …

Hunter Biden played the victim before the national media Wednesday, just days after we discovered he spent $872,000 on hookers, porn, and sex clubs while fighting against paying child support for his baby daughter.

Because Democrats got it so good, Joe Biden’s whoremongering deadbeat of a son knew he could state the following to the national media with a straight face. And yes, Breitbart News has confirmed the video below is in fact Hunter Biden.

The confusion comes from the fact he’s wearing clothes:

For six years, MAGA Republicans, including members of the House committees who are in a closed-door session right now, have impugned my character, invaded my privacy, attacked my wife, my children, my family, and my friends. They have ridiculed my struggle with addiction. They’ve belittled my recovery. And they’ve tried to dehumanize me, all too embarrass and damage my father.

The infrequently clothed 53-year-old gangster grandstanded before the U.S. Capitol as the House of Representatives prepares to take an  impeachment inquiry vote regarding His Fraudulency Joe Biden’s unfettered financial corruption, as summarized by my colleague Wendell Husebo:

  1. Biden family members and Biden business-linked entities received more than $15 million from individuals in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, and China.
  2. Joe Biden spoke with Hunter Biden’s business associates at least 22 times.
  3. Joe Biden lied about his involvement in the business.
  4. Joe Biden received “direct monthly payments” from Hunter Biden’s “Owasco PC” business account, which received “payments from Chinese state-linked companies and other foreign nationals and companies.”
  5. Investigators flagged the Justice Department’s “deviations” in the five-year investigation into Hunter Biden.
  6. An FBI FD-1023 form alleges Joe Biden accepted a $5 million bribe while vice president.

Republican Chairman James Comer of the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Hunter to appear for a closed-door deposition Wednesday. Hunter refused but said he is prepared to answer questions in a public hearing where committee Democrats can play games and filibuster to ensure the questioning turns into a circus and protects both Bidens from their financial corruption.

“I am here to testify at a public hearing today, to answer the committee’s questions,” the racist N-word user said. “What are they afraid of? I’m here; I’m ready.”

Between 2016 and 2019, this is the same guy who spent $872,000 to get laid, another $397,000 on clothing and accessories (which he obviously never wore), and withdrew $1.6 million from cash machines. But when he was sued for child support, he claimed he was broke.

Hunter has five kids, but this particular daughter was born in 2018 while he was living the high life with top-flight hookers in top-flight hotels smoking crack. And then he fought to support or even recognize her — a little, innocent girl—his own child.

But he’s the victim.

He’s also defying a lawful congressional subpoena. But he’s the victim.

Naturally, after Hunter finished his statement, he did not take any questions. Not that the media would have asked him anything other than, How does being a victim of MAGA Republicans make you feel about that Nazi Donald Trump returning to the White House after his insurrectionist white power gathering of Q Anon women-haters who torture puppies and refuse to get vaxxed while spreading conspiracy theories about PBS and we love you and your art Hunter.

Borrowed Time soothed my aching heart in many ways. It made me think about the things that really matter in life and the things that don’t. It made me think about true love, about finding one person to spend your life with—something that has always eluded me. Hunter Biden Says He Won’t Testify Behind Closed Doors, Resisting Subpoena

Hunter Biden made clear during a press conference Wednesday that he will only testify under his own rules and will not comply with House investigators’ lawful subpoena that compelled his testimony behind closed doors at 9:30 a.m. the same day.

Hunter Biden’s failure to appear before House investigators will likely be a factor in formalizing the House impeachment inquiry vote Wednesday evening regarding President Joe Biden’s involvement in the Biden family business.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) pointed to six cases of mounting evidence on Tuesday against Joe Biden that “cannot be ignored”:

“I’m here today to answer at a public hearing any legitimate questions Chairman Comer and the House Oversight Committee may have for me,” Hunter Biden told reporters behind the Capitol Building. “I’m here today to make sure that the House committee’s illegitimate investigations of my family did not proceed on distortions, manipulated evidence, and lies.”

“My father was not financially involved in my business, not as a practicing lawyer, not as a board member of Burisma, not my partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not my investments at home or abroad, and certainly not as an artist,” he claimed.

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) and Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH) previously threatened to hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress if he did not comply with both a public and private interview.

If prosecuted and convicted for contempt of Congress, the punishment is up to a $100,000 fine and imprisonment.

“He’s been subpoenaed. We expect him to show up. They don’t get to make the rules,” Comer previously told Politico. “I would expect Congress to hold the president’s son in contempt,” he added when asked what the next step would be if Hunter Biden does not meet with investigators.
